The undersigned photographer or photographic agent does hereby represent and warrant that with respect to the photographic materials it is providing for use or publication by The Wedding Planner LifeStyle Magazine, a Veronica Events Incorporation, it has obtained legally binding consents and releases from all subjects in such photographic materials for which consents or releases are required for their use by The Wedding Planner LifeStyle Magazine and that such consents and releases are sufficient to permit The Wedding Planner LifeStyle Magazine, Veronica Events Inc. to utilize said photographic materials in its print and digital publications, websites, any book projects and marketing/promotional materials subject only to any restrictions set forth below, and that it will defend and save harmless Veronica Events Inc from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographic material, including, without limitation, any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. Use of the photography listed below will appear in an upcoming edition of The Wedding Planner LifeStyle Magazine, may be selected for websites, any digital editions and hardcover book projects that may follow, and may be used in any marketing/promotional materials.
The undersigned photographer agrees to extend The Wedding Planner LifeStyle Magazine & Veronica Events Inc. exclusivity for the selected photographs for the period of one year from the time of publication and NOT PUBLISH OR FURNISH another publication, blog, wedding professionals/vendors, social media and/or other websites (excluding own personal website) with said photography for that period.
